Whilst AI is a great tool for many tasks, drafting your Board CV or Resume is not one of them. This document should be very different from your executive resume and articulate unique aspects of your skills, experience, and capabilities. We have been successfully writing them for more than 20 years; we know what works, and unfortunately, AI does not.
Gaining a board seat comes when you are clear and realistic about which board roles you should apply for, know exactly what you have to offer a board, and commit to the process.
